First in Region: 3D Echocardiography Training Center

Launched in May 2012, the Live 3D Echo Center at King Chulalongkorn  Memorial Hospital (KCMH) is established to provide learning opportunities and hands-on experiences on 3-dimensional (3D) echocardiography with a strong emphasis on the practical aspects including image acquisitions, 3D- dataset analysis, QLAB use, live demo and clinical applications of 3D echocardiography.

Taught by experienced staffs, the offered courses include didactic lectures, interactive sessions and most importantly, hands-on and demonstration sessions. The Live 3D Echo Center is equipped with 2-way communications capability between a classroom and a procedural room and hardware such as PCs/workstations that greatly enhance the learning aspect.
