Cardiovascular patients who are on anticoagulation therapy are encouraged to be referred to this clinic for monitoring of anticoagulation therapy.The clinic is staffed by well trained nurses and pharmacist with M.D. collaboration.  A written transfer of clinical information is required by filling MD referral form.

By seeing patient in the clinic, we provide patient education about a need for anticoagulation, monitoring signs and symptoms of ischemia and bleeding, drug and food interaction, adherence and compliance of medicine and INR monitoring. We also offer an anticoagulation therapy adjustment according to the standard protocol to achieve the target INR. We also provide telephone monitoring and coagucheck service.
